Free educational workshops by Association Bioteka in Maksimir!
The hot summer has arrived, and with mid-June comes the summer school holidays. To provide your children with an opportunity to spend part of their summer holidays in fun and educational activities, sign them up for Bioteka’s free workshops in Maksimir!
Through games, independent and group work, children will gain knowledge about natural resources and the dangers of invasive species in the shade of Maksimir Park. They will also have fun distinguishing tree species in the park and discuss the costs of operating modern society within ecosystem services. The workshops last for 3 hours, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (or from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM), and participation is completely free.
Due to limited spots, registration is required via the registration form.
In addition to children, all young people, parents with or without children, retirees, singles, grandparents, and others can also register for the workshops in afternoon sessions upon request.
