The “LORA – Sustainable Development Laboratory” project has concluded!
Throughout Croatia, 21 successful school projects focused on sustainable development were carried out, all completed by elementary school students with the mentorship of their teachers!
The LORA project, which ran for 22 months from June 1st, 2019, to March 31st, 2021, was a creative and practical way to promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It brought together one elementary school from each Croatian county, with over 1000 students from across the country. Through project work, learning, and collaboration, these students tackled specific environmental, social, or economic issues in their local communities.
The program was co-financed by the Office for Associations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
